IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW BUSINESS MODEL TO THE PURPOSE
INTERNATIONALIZATION OF AGNES
The subject of the project is the implementation by AGNES of a new business model having
aimed at generating use in international internationalization calculations.
The new business model will be implemented in accordance with the one developed in January 2018
a strategy for internationalizing companies, including an action plan that AGNES must
apply to gain a competitive advantage on selected applications. markets
such are the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom.
The plan for new markets consists of some tasks:
Task 1 Participation in the Modefabriek Amsterdam, Netherlands - edition 8-9 July 2018
Task 2 Participation in the CIFF Copenhagen, Denmark - January / February 2019 edition
Task 3 Participation in the Fashion UK trade show Birmingham, United Kingdom - February 2019 edition
Task 4 Selection of partners based on instructions
Task 5 Design and printing of materials promoting the offer

Project title: DEVELOPING A NEW BUSINESS MODEL FOR AGNES INTERNATIONALIZATION
Value of the project: PLN 83,640.00
The value of co-financing from the EU: PLN 34,000.00
The subject of the project is the purchase by Agnes of an advisory service regarding the development of a new business model aimed at increasing the level of internationalization of the company.
The product of the project implementation will be the companys internationalization strategy, containing the action plan that Agnes must take to gain a competitive advantage in selected target markets.
The project implementation consists of one task named Development of a new business model aimed at increasing the level of internationalization of the company - an advisory service
The task corresponds to the following indicator: Private investments supplementing public support for enterprises (subsidies) - PLN 49,640.00
The effects of the project implementation will be measured by the following indicators:
Number of developed new business models in the field of internationalization - 1 item
Number of implemented activities under the developed business model - 8 items
